- What file formats do you support?
- 18 formats are accepted today: EPUB, MOBI, AZW3, AZW, PRC, FB2, DOCX, TXT, RTF, ODT, HTMLZ, LIT, LRF, PDB, SNB, RB, TCR and TXTZ. EPUB, TXT and DOCX are parsed natively; the rest are converted to EPUB automatically before translation. PDF support is coming soon.
- How long does a translation take?
- Most books under 150,000 characters finish in well under an hour. Longer books are processed chapter by chapter with real-time progress.
- How is the price calculated?
- One price per book, based on total character count. You see the exact price before you upload — no subscription, no per-word billing.
- What is Author mode?
- Author mode lets you review and adjust the pipeline's built-in book profile, terminology extraction and translation guidance before the full translation runs. It costs 2x Reader mode for the same book.
- Who owns the copyright of my translation?
- You retain all rights to your work. We only use your file to produce your translation and do not redistribute or reuse your content.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, under the conditions in our Refund Policy — for example if the service fails to deliver a working translation.
- Which languages are supported?
- We support major language pairs and are expanding coverage. Available languages are shown when you upload your book.
- Is my manuscript kept private?
- Yes. Your file is used only to produce your translation and is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
